Everyone is welcome to join us at La Balsa Park this Wednesday! Walk and Wheel Wednesday is a great opportunity to stay active and connect with your community.
Due to the unpredictable weather we've been having, check our Instagram stories on Wednesday morning for an updated plan. If it is too wet, we will be meeting at one of our favourite cafes! We hope to see some new faces with us this week!

We really got into the groove at our Sunshine Coast Expo on Friday! ✨

We had so much fun with this one!! From juggling competitions and Spin to Win, to finally crowning a winner for our “Guess How Many Mentos Are in the Jar” challenge! So many close guesses, thank you to everyone who participated! 🥳

There were plenty of laughs, lots of familiar faces, and so many lovely new people we got to meet along the way. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made the day such a great one

We had our very first Expo in Brisbane last Wednesday! We had such an incredible day and were blown away by how welcoming everyone was. We met some truly amazing people and loved being part of such a supportive community 💚
