After the Anger Mastery Breathwork Journey, we asked the teens what they learned.
Their answers were honest, insightful, and sometimes unexpected.
Anger isn’t something we need to fear or suppress. It’s a normal human emotion. The real skill is learning how to understand it, regulate it, and choose how we respond.
These young people explored practical tools to help them navigate big emotions, build self-awareness, and develop greater emotional control.
A huge thank you to every young person who showed up, breathed deeply, and gave the process a go.
The feedback reminds us why this work is so important. When young people are given the right tools, they can learn to respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence, awareness, and resilience.
