Our focus this year is doubling down on personal yoga and mediation practice — and supporting you to do the same.
Why?
✅ Consistent practice changes us in ways nothing else can.
Not the occasional retreat.
Not another certification.
Rather the quiet, regular act of returning — to the mat, to the breath, the natural state of our spacious and vast mind.
✅ In a world that rewards busy-ness and encourages distraction, practice is an act of radical courage, and a transcending devotion to yourself AND the world around you.
✅Devoting to our personal practice keeps us honest about how we're meeting our lives.
Life is ever-changing. We are ever-changing.
Are we meeting the moments with authenticity? Care? Heart?
Or just a busy mind, self-preservation and survival strategies? One brings separation and disharmony.
The other brings connection and peace.
✨Sādhanā '26 is an invitation to commit — not perfectly, but sincerely — to a year of yoga & meditation practice. Led by Erin Lee and supported by Sādhanā community, structure, and rhythm.
You'll combine direct experience (asana, pranayama, meditation) with philosophical study (book club, group discussions) to deepen your understanding of Self.
All available in person (Currimundi) or via live-stream/recordings.
➡️Weekly class with additional online class journey.
➡️Monthly half-day retreats (most are in silence until morning tea)
➡️Quarterly book club
➡️Online yoga and meditation library
➡️Shared inquiry via in-person & online community
This is NOT about adding more!
Instead creating physical and mental spaciousness, for a year of less confusion, doubt and distraction, and instead more clarity, contentment and freedom - no matter what the year brings.
✨ Sādhanā ’26 is now open: A year-long yoga & meditation immersion for those ready to practice with intention.
Already 70% full (due to limited venue space for those partaking in-person).
- Program Orientation is next Mon 12th Jan 6pm online.
- First community practice is Wednesday 14th January, continues weekly.
- First half-day retreat is Sunday 25th Jan 8am-12pm.
