Tuesday Insight 🌊 Card of the Day! By consciously letting go of situations that are holding you back, by releasing all attachment to past events, people and outcomes allows you to become truly in the present moment. Acknowledge your feelings, practicing emotional acceptance and challenging limiting beliefs through the practice of mindfulness or self-reflection.
By simply watching our thoughts and feelings come and go without attaching our identity to them, the easier letting go will become.
I found one of the most powerful ancient practices is the ancient Hawaiian practice known as Ho'oponopono . This gentle prayer is the way to feel with your heart to begin the process of forgiveness.
The prayer is
"I am sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you"
When saying this you address the soul essence of the person in your focus and also for your part in a relationship from this point that the universe forgives.
Love is the highest frequency and the person or situation that you are forgiving will feel the vibration of this love on a subconscious level and then the internal shift begins. From my experience the outer shifts really do occur.
Letting go is freeing yourself and gaining inner peace🕊️
