NOW ACCEPTING NEW PARTICIPANTS 🌿

Zari Ability Care Services is currently welcoming self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across:

📍 Toowoomba and surrounding areas

Our NDIS registration application is currently pending the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s decision following completion of our certification audit.

As an RN-led disability support provider, we can support participants with everyday assistance as well as more complex care needs.

Our services include:

Good support isn’t about doing everything for someone.

Sometimes it’s standing beside them while they try.

Sometimes it’s giving a little encouragement.

Sometimes it’s adapting the task so they can participate in their own way.

And sometimes it’s knowing when to step back.

At Zari Ability Care Services, we believe support should build on a person’s strengths, preferences and abilities while respecting their right to make choices about everyday life.

Because independence doesn’t have one definition.

It should be defined by the person. 💜

At Zari Ability Care Services, we believe that good support starts with listening.

Our approach to collaborative planning is not about deciding what we think is best for a participant. It is about working together—taking the time to understand what matters to each person, discussing their goals, preferences and concerns, and building support around the life they want to live.

We encourage meaningful conversations that focus on questions such as:

What is important to you?
What would make things easier?
What would you like to do more independently?

A support plan should never feel like something created for a participant without their input. It should always feel like something created with them.

At Zari Ability Care Services, we are committed to ensuring participants feel heard, respected and genuinely involved in the decisions that shape their care.

“Nurse-led” is more than a title.

To us, it means bringing clinical knowledge into disability support in a way that remains warm, respectful and centred around the person.

It means noticing changes early, understanding risks, communicating clearly and knowing when a concern needs to be escalated—while still supporting choice, independence and an ordinary everyday life.

Not every participant needs nursing care. But every participant deserves support that is attentive, safe and genuinely sees them as a whole person.
