Low tox advice that belongs in the bin: “don’t use a product if you can’t pronounce the ingredients on the label”.

Personally there’s heaps of words I can’t pronounce. I probably pronounced 5 words wrong in this video alone 🤣 but that doesn’t mean my products need to go in the bin.

But it also doesn’t mean you need to memorise 100 ingredients overnight to be able to read labels effectively (because I’ve done the work for you).

One of the incredible resources inside my membership Her Natural Home, is an in depth INGREDIENT DECODER.

It breaks down almost 100 ingredients, with their different names they might be listed under, rates them as to whether they are clean, on my void list, or middle ground, explains what products they might be found in, what they are used for and of course, the actual research on possible health risks.

The ingredient decoder is fully searchable, and also has a section that gives you a cheat sheet on what common ingredients to avoid in different product categories.

It’s a really easy way to check ingredients on your products without getting a science degree overnight.

Spilled a huge mug of matcha all over my white and cream rug right as we had to leave for an important appointment. Not ideal.

I did a Hail Mary and sprayed it with my laundry stain remover and the results were actually SO IMPRESSIVE that I forgot about the spill for days because I couldn’t see it anymore 😂
