Most people think dopamine comes from motivation, achievement, or excitement.
But your body actually needs specific nutrients to produce and regulate dopamine in the first place.

Dopamine is synthesised from the amino acid tyrosine and relies on nutrients like vitamin B6, iron, zinc, magnesium, and healthy fats to support the process.

Four simple foods that can help support healthy dopamine production:
🥚 Eggs – one of the richest dietary sources of tyrosine.
🥑 Avocado – provides tyrosine and healthy fats that help deliver nutrients throughout the body.
🎃 Pumpkin seeds – provide tyrosine and zinc, both involved in dopamine production.
