Today is the 15th Annual Global Accessibility Awareness day (GAAD)!

Digital accessibility refers to the ability of people with disability to successfully use and navigate the digital world whether that be in the workplace, community or at home.

Some examples of poor digital accessibility may include poor colour contrast making text heard to read, missing alt text which can result in people who use screen readers missing key information or context, inaccessible forms, lack of keyboard navigation and inaccessible documents that lack readable text, alt text or are not screen reader friendly.
