We teach kids about nutrition, physical health, and road safety. But how often do we teach them what's actually happening in their brains when they're online?

Sleep disruption, emotional dysregulation, anxiety - these aren't character flaws. They're often the predictable result of how our brains interact with the digital world. When young people understand that, something shifts. They stop blaming themselves and start building skills.

That shift from confusion to self-awareness is one of the most meaningful things we can offer Canadian youth right now.
