As I reflect back on my journey and how I’ve come to get to this point of , I realize a lot of the times I was doing it onto myself.

My over-striving ways, my perfectionistic tendencies, my inflexibility of just going along with “what is” sometimes meant I was pushing myself harder than I need to. Working myself harder than I should. Pushing a rock up a mountain when I didn’t need to.

As a snd , here are some healing downloads that helped me and it may help you too:

Focus on WHAT you want to manifest, not HOW it’s going to come into your life:

From the very beginning of my journey, I wanted to do DNA3 (the course). So I did all the prerequisites I needed to sign up to this course… except this course was only available after bub was born.

“It’s too hard”
“It’s not going to work”
“He’s going to cry and be a nuisance to other classmates”
“What if he cries uncontrollably as I am stuck in peak hour traffic (and I can’t get to him)?”
“There’s no lift up the centre for my pram, only stairs”

There were a thousand WHAT IFs and a million different reasons as to why it was impossible.

But instead of letting fear dictate the terms and micromanage my way through the details, I decided to say “YES” anyway and allow myself to surrender and let the Creator lead the way.

In the past 5 days I’ve received the gracious help of so many kind-hearted classmates and teacher who were able to help me to do the heavy-lifting at times (sometimes literally!) and baby sit during lunch so it made attending this course even possible.

I am so grateful for all the help I’ve received this week. 🥲

This may be one of the youngest DNA3 students at 😂

Heck, this one’s for me...
When my hubby very kindly offered to takeover putting my crying, fussing baby to bed, my immediate reaction was: “yes please, so that I could go do some laundry”.

Steve had to snap me out of my habitual way of thinking that:
1. I needed to justify why I need to take a break, and
2. Even during “downtime” I wanted to keep DOING. I wanted to feel productive.

So these healing downloads are as much for me as it is for anyone who feels like they constantly need to busy themselves with DOING something, and refusing to take a break until they’ve completely worn out their fuel tank and about to crash from physically over-tiring themselves. 🙋🏻‍♀️

DO YOU FIND YOURSELF ASKING: “WHAT IS MY SOUL’S PURPOSE?
Most people casually ask this question without realizing the solemn nature behind this question. This is, in fact, one of the most sacred questions one could ask in life. By asking this question: “what is my soul’s purpose” sets the seeker off on a sacred journey of initiation that allows their purpose to be revealed to them.

Going on a journey to find your soul’s purpose requires you to become honest about yourself, to confront your shadows, and to live in congruency with who you really are.

And as you make your journey towards becoming your most empowered self, you may find that your friends & family don’t seem to understand what’s going on with you anymore. You may find it becomes hard to share any of your spiritual wisdom & newfound insights with the people around you anymore because they don’t get it.

At times, the journey can even feel lonely because you have no one to share your wins with.

This is why working through your sacred contract with a group of soul companions can be so valuable.

WHAT'S A SOUL CONTRACT?
Whether we consciously acknowledge this or not, we all have a soul contract. That is, before we incarnated into Earth, we all made agreements to live, learn, experience, express certain gifts in our lives, and agreed to assist others in lessons they’re contracted to learn.

Sky - not the restaurant 😂although I’m really craving some good yum cha right now! 🥟
Tapping into creativity is a daily practice. Sometimes creativity comes naturally, but sometimes it doesn’t. Giving ourselves permission to explore, experiment, doodle, make mistakes, get it wrong allows us to tap into a child-like state of play.
And play is where imagination & creativity gets activated.
If you’re creatively stuck, try doing something completely irrelevant to your usual art form but just HAVE FUN!!!
That’s one way to get your creative MOJO back. Have fun with it and see where it takes you 🙃
