Hey ladies 💙
Let's spark a conversation about our daily habits! With the world turned upside down by the pandemic, many of us have altered our priorities and redefined what well-being means to us. So, what's the first thing you reach for when you wake up in the morning? Do you pick up your phone or make a beeline for the coffee machine?

Personally, I follow a consistent routine that embodies my holistic approach to health and wellness. Here's what it looks like:

1. At 4:30-5am, I start with meditation and focus on centering my body and mind
2. I then embrace the morning freshness with an hour-long walk/run to invigorate myself
3. To connect with the sea and unwind, I like to swim for a bit
4. After that, I enjoy a wholesome breakfast
5. A Cold shower preps me for the day ahead
6. Finally, I feel recharged and ready to tackle the day's challenges with enthusiasm!

This ritual has never let me down, and I've been following it since university. It keeps me focused, energizsd, and content throughout the day, and I'm usually in bed by 9:30 pm at the latest, preparing myself for another day.

An "ideal" morning routine generally involves wholesome habits such as exercise, skincare, and a healthy breakfast.
