✨ What a special day it was ✨

Holding a guided chakra breathwork and sound journey at Sydney Beauty, Skin & Wellness’s beautiful Flow. Release. Restore. event was such a joy — and even more special that it fell on 8 August, 8/8, marking the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal. 🦁✨

A day often associated with alignment, intention and new beginnings, it felt like the perfect energy for our Restore experience.

After flowing and releasing with Jordan, we slowed everything down with Illume 11:11 essential oils, guided chakra breathwork and a deeply restorative sound journey.

It was such a beautiful space to slow down, reconnect and simply be The Livingroom with those amazing ocean and beach views.

Thank you Sydney Beauty, Skin & Wellness for inviting me to be part of such a beautiful day, and to everyone who joined me for the sound journey.

A pretty magical way to spend 8/8. ✨

To me, this hanging seed chime holds the whole landscape of nature—sounding like the gentle rustling of leaves, flowing water, and the soft song of birds. 🍂🌊🐦

The moment it starts to move, I can physically feel the tension leave the room. It has this beautiful way of washing away the mental chatter of the day and gently grounding us back into our bodies.

When combined with crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes in my sound baths, it creates a unique, healing tapestry of sound.

If your week has felt a little loud or chaotic like the rainy days we have had here in Sydney, consider this your gentle reminder to pause. Bringing yourself back into the present moment doesn't have to be complicated—sometimes it can be as simple as just staring out the window and watching the rain fall for a few minutes.
Take a deep breath, and let the tension drop out of your shoulders. 🤍
