Support Coordination for me has never just been a job, it’s personal 🧡
I bring years of professional experience as a Support Coordinator, but I also bring lived experience as a parent of a medically and disability complex child.
Being on both sides has given me a different understanding. I understand the appointments, specialists, reports, advocating, exhaustion, stress and that constant feeling of trying to hold everything together while wanting the best possible outcomes for your child and family.
I know that behind every NDIS plan is a person, a family and a story.
My own experiences have shaped the way I work. They’ve given me empathy, understanding and a real passion for supporting people through what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming system.
Support Coordination for me is more than referrals and paperwork. It’s about listening, supporting, advocating and helping people feel understood while finding the right supports for their individual journey.
Nobody should feel like they have to do it alone.
