Since mid 2014, Natural Lore Wellness has been supporting and inspiring those wishing to achieve optimum health and quality of life.

Our focus is working with you to develop and enhance your current health & well-being practises. In particular we educate on the endocannabinoid system which regulates the bodies natural functions ie: the immune, digestive. endocrine, hormonal and nervous systems etc

We include nutrition & lifestyle programmes, and have a range of modalities and practitioners available for further assistance as needed. The first step is a comprehensive consultation to determine how best we can be of service to you ……. or you can choose from our wonderful practitioners for individual sessions that suit and your situation
