Its not too late to register for the EFT (Tapping) workshop on Saturday. I frequently use tapping with my clients and it is great at calming anxious feelings, releasing stress, and shifting issues that are stuck. It also discharges trauma and is recommended by Bessel van der Kolk, the author of The Body Keeps the Score. I have had students and clients overcome phobias and body pain. Get an introduction into this amazing modality and shift some of your own stuff! Saturday 11th September 9.30-4pm online. Come on... it'll be fun! Pm me

I have telehealth appointments available now (zoom and phone) if you need help and don't want to wait. Please make an appointment on my booking service and I will call you to confirm the time.
