Whether you're walking, running, squatting or just moving through everyday activities the higher your feet function the better you will move from head to toe.
We exercise our bodies but sometimes forget that feet need movement as well.
Sitting or not moving for prolonged periods throughout the day can cause tight hips and neck but also contribute to weak feet due to over structured shoes or very little time barefoot.
As a therapist for twenty years I have helped people increase foot and body movement through massage and specific techniques to improve range of motion and also recommending footwear that allows the feet to get stronger and not restricted.
