Olivia Arezzolo - Australia's Leading Sleep Expert Helping YOU sleep better

Send this to a friend who says they’re ‘fine’ on 4 hours of sleep. Here’s what you cant see:

I looked tired, I felt worse.

But I was too wired to listen to my body and get rest, so I just pushed on all day and felt absolutely horrendous; to the point that I felt like crying around 2pm, after waking at 230am, wide awake and deciding to start my day then.

Irritable, annoyed, wired, jumpy.

My nervous system felt like it was on a wire, and that the smallest stress could literally send me spiralling.

Small things like my dog tugging at her lead infuriated me.

And then I yelled at her.

Then I felt worse.

Then I felt like my whole life was a complete disaster and I was a failure at everything.

This is not a story.

This is actually what happened.

And even as a top sleep expert, I was unable to use my logic, my brain, my common sense to rest, take a nap or go back to sleep at 230.

I share this because so many of you know exactly what I am talking about.

Especially the women - mums, menopausal, on your period.

Especially those that are constantly looking after everyone else and always saying ‘I’ll be fine, I’ll just push on, I can’t let ### down.’

I share this so you know you’re not alone.

I also share this because I can help you.

Comment TOOLKIT and I’ll send you my complete resource hub of everything you need to help you sleep better.

Supplements, specific guides for women, how to return to sleep at 3am.

Completely free.

I want you to have this so you have the guidance you need so this happens less for you… maybe not at all.

Even if it just helps you sleep longer or deeper ONE more night….. then it’s worth it ❤️

And send to a friend - especially the women - who says they’re fine on 4 hours…. But you both know they’re not. 🙏

SHOULD ADULTS TAKE NAPS??? Let’s find out….

THE PERFECT NAP PLAN - SEND TO A FRIEND WHO CANT SLEEP (ESP. MUMS!!)

1. Keep it short - less than 30 minutes.
- NASA found a 26 minute nap could boost performance by 34%….. 😍
- This keeps your body in light sleep
- If you nap too long, you enter deep sleep, waking with sleep interia (feeling exhausted)

2. Keep it dark - wear an eye mask
- Light spikes cortisol, our awakening hormone
- Esp. important for mums and shift workers who need high quality naps to replace evening sleep

3. Keep it early - finish before 330pm
- This ensures you can still sleep in the evening
- to sleep properly that night; your body must produce enough adenosine, a sleep promoting compound
- Napping clears out adenosine - and it only builds up by being awake
- This is why late naps make it harder to sleep!
(Unless you need to stay up late - eg. parents, travelling, late meetings).

Overall YES naps are recommended BUT they don’t replace deep slow wave sleep overnight.

Not getting high quality sleep overnight?

I can recommend my 3 best sleep supplements for women to help - just comment WOMEN and I’ll send to you via dm xx

Hope this is helpful,

MELATONIN SAFETY WARNING - PLEASE SEND TO FRIENDS TAKING MELATONIN, ESPECIALLY PARENTS GIVING MELATONIN TO KIDS.

Huberman doesn’t recommend it.

Neither do regulatory boards - including Therapeutic Goods Association of Australia (TGA).

For good reason.

THE STUDY:

In 2025, TGA tested 18 imported supplements.

This included gummies and those marketed for kids.

12 were inaccurately labelled.

One had 12.5mg - despite stating it had 3mg.

One had zero -despite stating it had 10mg.

There were inconsistencies between tablets in the same bottle too.

THE IMPACT

This can be why some nights it works; others, you (or your kids) are wide awake at 3am.

Not only does it impact your sleep - but safety too.

If you don’t know what you’re taking, mistaken overdose is easily done.

AU hospital data shows children’s admissions from melatonin DOUBLED in the past 10 years. (iHerb suspended melatonin sales to Australia since then).

Maybe it’s you.

Maybe it’s your kids.

Maybe it’s your mate.

This is NOT ok.

Dr prescription? Different story.

Getting it online? That’s a problem.

I don’t share this to scare you.

I share this to make you aware so you can make an informed decision.

Please share this with anyone taking melatonin - especially if they are giving it to their kids.

WHATS THE ALTERNATIVE?

Comment SUPPLEMENT and I’ll send you my guide.

*not medical advice - always consult your healthcare practitioner first*

IS DR HUBERMAN’S SLEEP COCKTAIL WORTH TAKING? CAN IT HELP YOU FALL ASLEEP? STAY ASLEEP? Let’s see....

1. Magnesium L-threonate - f you can’t switch off at night 🧠

300+ forms of magnesium.

Threonate crosses the blood brain barrier, meaning it has a direct impact on your sleep wake cycle amnd melatonin.

Helpful if you have a racy mind / anxiety in the evening.

2. L-theanine — if you struggle to stay asleep 🌙

3am wakngs? Get onto L-theanine.

Research shows a 42% reduction in cortisol with a SINGLE dose.

Unlike magnesium which requires build up in the body over time to see best results, l-theanine has a measurable impact on night 1.

Great for women on their period, in perimenopause, or with high anxiety.

3. Apigenin — if you feel wired before bed 🧘‍♀️

Apigenin is a naturally occurring in chamomile.

It helps your nervous system move from fight or flight to rest and digest.

In other words: potentially useful when your body is tired, but your brain is wired - and needs help to swtich off.

So, would I recommend Huberman’s sleep stack?

Well... yes and no.

The BEST supplement stack will be designed for YOUR symptoms.

Can’t switch off? Waking at 3am? Hormonal changes? Stress? Temperature?

There are specific supplements that address each... so I don’t automatically give everyone the same stack.

For women, there are 3 other sleep supplements I can recommend -

Comment WOMEN and I’ll send them to you 👇

Send this to your friend who can’t sleep... we all have one!
