š£ Hey everyone! Here I am!
Sorry for the late notice. Iāve been keeping my mamma very busy since my arrival in early May, almost 3 weeks before my due date.
Mamma has been feeding me round-the-clock while cleaning and cookingā¦.I think Iāll keep her. š
Now Iām 5.85kg and 63cm long, Iām growing fast and sleeping almost all through the night. I love the sunlight and day but once the sun goes down I have a bit of a shadow phobia during my witching hour and mum gets to hear me test my soprano lungs.
My favorite spot? My heavenly daddyās chair, a recliner. This is where Mum feeds me. This is my favourite time, close to my mammaās heart.
As I near the end of my feed, I feel exhausted and I fight desperately to keep my eyes open and continue to stare directly in mammaās eyes. As much as I try to fight it, I love the way my mamma caresses my cheeks while whispering āItās ok, go play and sleep with the angels and daddaā. And itās literally lights out for me after that.
I never cry when Iām put down or wake up, but oh boy, those shadows get my vocal cords goingā¦are you sure they wonāt hurt me or take mum away?
Weāve had a few health scares, but their seriousness are dissipating and Iām doing great, in fact both my mamma and I are doing great. Iām enjoying my time with her and Iāve never seen her happier. She narrates the day to me and ensures I donāt miss out on the smallest of experiences if Iām awake. Im able to keep my head up now so I can absorb my new world and every experience mamma allows for.
For now, i want her all to myself. Rest assured Iām taking good care of my mamma too. I give her plenty to smile about including my giggles when i see her first thing in the morning and after Iām fed. (Im practicing positive reinforcement) and love giving her cuddles. I listen well and understand most things she is trying to convey to me.
I donāt look like these photos anymore but Iāll update you again soon with new photos. I hope I get to meet you all someday soon at the markets. For now, lots of love from the both of us. ā¤ļø
