25% off organic and Australian hulled buckwheat!
Buckwheat belongs to a category of foods called "pseudocereals", meaning we treat it like a grain but it's actually a fruit seed. We can relate. We often feel misunderstood.
Buckwheat contains protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates, which supply energy, whilst remaining low in fat. Our buckwheat is grown and packed on the Daman family farm on the northwest coast of Tasmania.
You can use the whole seeds or groats in porridge (see recipe coming soon or in this week's newsletter), or grind them into flour for baking. We have Inca berries back in stock after months of no supply, just in time to provide a berry tasty and nutritious topping for your buckwheat porridge.
Until Wednesday 17 June, we're selling our organic hulled buckwheat for only $12.46/kilo.
