Merrinda is a consistently reliable and dedicated member of our team. She is always on time, well prepared, and brings a calm, positive approach to every shift.
One of Merrinda's biggest strengths is the quality of her documentation. Her progress notes are detailed, relevant, and paint a clear picture of the support being provided. They make it easy for the wider team to understand exactly how a visit went and have been especially valuable with management based interstate, allowing us to stay connected and maintain a clear understanding of the support being provided despite the distance.
She is also highly organised, with progress notes, clock in/out times, and any additional expenses consistently completed accurately and on time.
