Private reformer Pilates session, Outdoor Group Training, Pre/Post natal specialist, Online programs. Operating out of Mona Vale as the home base and can travel to all locations on the Northern Beaches for groups & PT; FNB puts an emphasis on the "functional" aspect of fitness. This means tha

t every exercise or session is designed to meet a specific physical adaptation. Classes are limited at 10 to ensure you get more 1 on 1 time and our trainers nutrition guidance will ensure you reach your fitness and weight loss goals in the most effective way possible. Program Structure:
2 group sessions per week - $33
Unlimited group sessions - $40
1 PT session - $82.50
1 PT session + Unlimited - $100

🌟 World Running Day 🌟

First Wednesday in June is WRD!

And what a coincidence we also happy to have Run Squads Wednesday nights .

WRD is about just giving it a go. Have a run, move a little , get involved and have fun !

For our session tonight we made it a little bit of fun. As a group the challenge was to see how much distance we could accumulate over 25 minutes around the 400m track.
Of this group of 12 - 5 were kids under 8 years old !

We managed to accumulate an impressive 44.8km!!

Starting in just over one month.
This is a 2:1 Pt session.
I have one lovely lady who is keen to have another join in .
The session can be weekly or fortnightly.

What if your goals don’t align with each other ?
That is A Ok 👌 I can work with different goals

Injuries ? Also no problem o. We have worked with many many injuries and can cater the movments to safely suit .

Wet weather ? Also allll ok ! We train under cover and are safe from rain ☔️

Stuck in a Rut ?

Most people don’t fail fat loss because they’re lazy. They fail because they’re doing the wrong things.

Here’s what I see all the time 👇

• Trying to “smash” every session→ You don’t need to destroy yourself to lose weight

• Being perfect Monday–Thursday… then blowing out on the weekend→ This alone can wipe out all your progress

• Doing random workouts with no structure→ Consistency beats variety every time

• Cutting calories way too low→ You’ll lose weight… then gain it all back

• Thinking motivation is the key→ It’s not. Routine is.

The people who actually get results?

They train smart. They keep things simple. They show up even when they don’t feel like it

No extremes. No quick fixes.

Just consistency over time.

If you’ve been stuck, it’s probably not because you’re not trying hard enough. It’s because no one has shown you a better way

Slow progress is key. Just keep doing it and the process will work.
