You can do what you need to from a state that serves you.

You don’t have to do your day feeling tense or rushed.

You don’t have to do it with a clenched jaw and tight shoulders.

When you remind yourself – ‘I am safe right now’
You can do what you need to do from a calmer state.

No matter what you are facing you CAN choose your state.

Breathe.
Soften your body.
Remind yourself whatever helps you feel grounded.

From here you can have a different experience.
You do the thing but you feel better as you do it.

Simple but powerful.

We are all creators.
All creating in our own ways.
Gifting the world.

You may think…’not me!’ - but you are!

You bring more light into the world when you respect the way you add to others.

And when you honour the process of the creating.

However you gift to the world,
however you contribute to another being —
See it.
Own it.

And trust the process of your creation.

Do…knowing that you are giving!

Create.
Build.
Influence.
Inspire.

With the intention of adding to someone’s life.

Be patient with the process.
Trust the timing.

You aren’t here to just get things done.
You are here to gift your light through all that you do.

Letting go more and more…

I would never have imagined experiencing this much peace, love and joy in life.

It’s hard to believe that doing less, holding on less, worrying less - would gift me so much.

The more I let go, the more clarity I’ve received.

I know what I need to do and I am so excited to be building it.

When you let go, you will be shown.

The more I trust, the more evidence I receive to keep trusting.

This is what is for you, too.

When you honour your inner guide you become your best for others.

We give more on an energetic level than you may understand.

The feeling is louder than the words you say.

When you have more peace within, you gift that peace to others.

When you have inner chaos - that is felt.

Allow your energy to be healing and uplifting for others.

But that all starts with honouring what your inner guide is pulling you towards.

Living for others doesn’t gift you inner peace.

Only external peace, if you’re lucky!

Here’s to more experimenting!

Can I come back to my inner guide no matter the pressure of the world around me?

Can my inner guide actually create a more fulfilling path no matter the situation?

My heart says yes.

My mind is definitely going to try and steer me the other way.

It’s funny how I think I’ve learnt how to surrender and then a new perspective shows up.

Here’s to a deeper level of surrender and trust.
