More and more people are coming to me with insomnia.. while I can’t suggest that Magnesium Oil is the cure for this, here is what I can say…

Our sleep pattern is deeply connected to the state of our nervous system.

I’ve been someone who has struggled with feelings of anxiety so much of my life.

Lots of mind noise. Hard to make decisions. Thoughts on repeat. Feeling paralysed in the body. Complete exhaustion. Feeling like no one really understands. For me, the unmanaged episodes of anxiety would then be followed by long episodes of depression. Numbness, sorrow, lifeless, wilting.

I’m grateful for my path that has led me here today. To know myself so deeply and to know that I hold my own key to my sovereignty is very powerful.

With so much happening around the world on so many levels, it’s important to keep coming back to this part of myself. For all of us to! The part of us that knows deeply, we got this!

In this video I share one of the most powerful tools for flipping the switch on anxiety in 2 steps.

1. Recognising the anxiety as a feeling, rather than an identity

2. Listening to and understanding the anxiety as a messenger just like any other emotion I experience

Energy Work ✨ Surrender

This one’s a pretty vulnerable post for me.

Oct 2024 the vet unofficially diagnosed my best friend with one of 2 types of cancer. Neither of them looking to have a positive outcome after tens of thousands of dollars of treatment.
So we didnt go any further. A few days after my pity party, I decided to take action into my own hands
I completely changed his diet to a premium primal diet.
I put him on a special colostrum supplement.
I had a friend do a powerful energy medicine session on him.
And I did energy work on him twice a day with the intention for the cancer to transmute into cells of vitality and health.
I changed my language and mindset from him deteriorating with cancer to being incredibly healthy.

Within a week of changes he became the healthiest, happiest dog. 11yrs old but his energy levels were like a puppy. His eyeballs were glowing white and the inflammation on all of the lumps around his body had gone down. He was a different dog.

Until recently when I got back from being away and noticed he’d slowed down, his lump slightly bigger, a new lump coming up and limp. Over night his little limp has gotten worse + now a slow waddle.

Naturally, I turn to the healing power of God/source/creator. To the true source of healing.

I use many different modalities for energy work but this morning I used a powerful practise I’ve been using in my personal life lately. I learnt this mantra medicine by the beautiful soul and use it almost daily for different things.

During my practise as my heart opens to let in more light, it also lets in the pain and the reality of life and loss and all the love I have for my best friend.

Allowing myself to feel all of these emotions and surrendering to them. Surrendering to the healing power of God and coming back to my intention.

I’m not sure what the outcome will be, I’m visualising a positive one. I trust in Gods healing power and in directing my energy and intention.
