You have to do certain things each day to maintain a good mental health & well being. 🤍
First and foremost, step outside and get some sunlight and fresh air. ☀️Because your circadian rhythm responds to natural light, which is your body’s internal clock. ⏱️
Also it helps with serotonin production, which is responsible for MOOD, EMOTIONAL REGULATION and MOTIVATION.
We also forget to HYDRATE. 75% of the human brain is made out of water, 💦 only 2% decrease in that will cause brain fog, fatigue, even memory loss. So it’s very important, drink water first thing in the morning, HYDRATE!! And finally, MOVEMENT is crucial. Everyday we need to move our bodies because it helps with the nervous system regulation.
And in that time where everyone is trying to sell u a quick fix for your mental health or your nervous system reset, you have to get back to these basics because I promise you, there is no quick fix or permanent fix to these, you have to continue doing the work and anyone who’s trying to sell you otherwise is trying to profit off your suffering.
