Easy vermicelli noodles stir fry

Ingredients
300g vermicelli noodles (do not fully cook the noodles)
100g chicken breast boiled and shredded
2 eggs
1 cup sliced carrot
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Creamy coconut salmon

Ingredients
Pink salmon skinless
Peeper powder, garlic powder,lime and salt for salmon marinating
Smoked paprika ,little of spicy paprika, 5 spice curry powder, turmeric powder, Cajun powder for the sauce
Brown onion chopped
Cherry tomatoes
Green chilli chopped
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
1/2 can of crushed tomatoes
Two full tbsp of coconut cream
Vegetable oil water

Creamy corn chicken soup
10 minutes cooking

Ingredients for two serves

Chicken breast chopped 100g
2tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 bay leaves
Pepper powder to taste
One egg white
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
2 cups water
1 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste (my bouillon powder has enough salt so I didn’t add extra)
