- Greek style - Chicken & potato bake. Garlic lemon oregano olive oil chicken stock salt pepper. All into a pan. Bake at 180-200 depending how psychotic your oven is. Bake till chicken is cooked. Remove chicken. Continue cooking potatoes till done/golden brow - then place chicken back for a quick reheat. I did this because the chicken had no skin on it. Voila serve with Greek salad of course 😜

You know the trick to eating more protein? It’s.. EAT MORE PROTEIN. You know when they say the solution is in the problem. They ain’t lying. This plate is over 55g of protein. Just UP the protein content. Simple! - here is the Slutty salmon. Mushy peas and edamame and potato dauphinois and my yoghurt cottage cheese tartare sauce.
