FITNESS OR FAST FOOD INFLUENCERS 🤨
Call me old fashioned⬇️
I DONT AGREE with fast food being okay to eat daily regardless of the total calories OR protein in the meal. EVEN IF IT FITS THE MACROS.
➡️I believe we should still continue to encourage structure, discipline, adherence, and resilience around hightly palatable foods.
➡️I believe it should be a treat for following and adhering to a plan the large majority of the time.
➡️If you’re eating this just because it fits in your day and it’s ‘convenient’. YOU. ARE. A. FLAKE.
Nothing good ever came from convenience and a lack of preparation.
Build yourself some good habits and just give something up for a few weeks for once…and tell me you don’t feel better.
Dieting, nutrition, lifestyle, training it’s about changing your lifestyle.
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET AND ACTUALLY LOCK THE F**K IN
