❗️PREACHER CURLS ❗️

Which one are you picking??

All of them work, it’s honestly going to come down to your preference.

⚠️ HOWEVER ⚠️

I do see most beginners flailing around on the standard preacher curl. If you are using this machine remember ⤵️

1. Set the seat up so the pad is fully supporting your upper arm.
2. Sit in close to the machine to prevent the use of momentum.
3. STAY NEUTRAL - don’t go leaning too far forward into the pad or so far back that you’re moving your elbows away from the pad.

❗️GROW YOUR HAMSTRINGS ❗️

A lot of you struggle connecting with the laying hamstring curl, so what do you do ….jump straight on the seated hammy curl.

TO BE HONEST ➡️ I don’t blame you, it’s the better movement.

⚠️HOWEVER ⚠️

If you put yourself in the right position and execute the laying hammy curl correctly, it can be an excellent movement to really hit the hammys in a shortened position, feeling an intense squeeze at the top!

Make these changes and let me know how you go 💪🏻

I was always told as a kid..engage your brain before you open your mouth. A lot of people would benefit from that advice.

❗️ GROW THE GUNS ❗️

Beginners make the same mistake all the time. It’s not a bad thing, but there are better ways. You’re probably ⬇️

1. Swinging side to side incorporating momentum.
2. Focusing on moving the weight from A>B with no connection or thought.
3. Bringing the elbow forward on every exercise regardless of range you are targeting.
4. Dropping the weight out of the contraction.

There is a simple fix if you’re struggling to connect with the movement and focus on your position ⤵️

Do more things unilaterally and enhance your mind - muscle connection.

FITNESS OR FAST FOOD INFLUENCERS 🤨

Call me old fashioned⬇️

I DONT AGREE with fast food being okay to eat daily regardless of the total calories OR protein in the meal. EVEN IF IT FITS THE MACROS.

➡️I believe we should still continue to encourage structure, discipline, adherence, and resilience around hightly palatable foods.

➡️I believe it should be a treat for following and adhering to a plan the large majority of the time.

➡️If you’re eating this just because it fits in your day and it’s ‘convenient’. YOU. ARE. A. FLAKE.

Nothing good ever came from convenience and a lack of preparation.

Build yourself some good habits and just give something up for a few weeks for once…and tell me you don’t feel better.

Dieting, nutrition, lifestyle, training it’s about changing your lifestyle.

CHANGE YOUR MINDSET AND ACTUALLY LOCK THE F**K IN

❗️PROMOTING OR DISCOURAGING ❗️

As always, this is in no way medical advice..

But really…what a way to deter people, by promoting it’s exactly what it says it is, from a product perspective AND stronger from a dosing perspective.

Would also love to know how many samples they tested and how consistent the ‘double dosage’ is / was.

For something that’s so controversial, they sure as s**t want to tell everyone about it. This has been on repeat lately.

Make smart decisions and understand what you’re doing.
