This rapid growth reflects the trust that Aged Care providers, residents and families place in our team and our commitment to delivering accessible, consistent and high-quality care.

At Malouf Family Medical Group, our medical teams are led by VR doctors who are professional, compassionate and dedicated to providing friendly, personalised care. “Being the third generation of my family to continue our medical company is something I’m incredibly proud of, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. For me, it’s about continuing a legacy of providing quality medical care while building something that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives.

I’m incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an amazing team of doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals, as well as the residents, families and aged care communities we have the privilege of supporting.

What motivates me every day is seeing the difference that good, consistent and compassionate medical care can make. I strongly believe that high-quality healthcare should be available to everyone, openly and without discrimination, and that by providing this care we can make a meaningful difference not only to our patients, but to their families and to the wider community.
