Tonight, the All Together Supports team is at the Quality Business Awards, and we couldn’t be more proud to be here representing our incredible team, participants and community.

What started as an idea and a whole lot of hard work has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, a business built around people, possibility, connection and making a real difference.

Being recognised alongside so many amazing local businesses is an honour, but for us, the real reward is the people we get to support every day and the incredible team who make it all possible.

So tonight, we’re putting the work aside for a little while, dressing up, celebrating the journey and enjoying the moment. 🥂

Here’s a little teaser of what he’s been working on… 👀

We’re creating a school holiday program that’s all about trying new things, building confidence, connecting with others, learning, creating and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

And this is just the beginning!

We’re getting ready to open the doors to ATS Junction — our new community access hub and a space where people, ideas and opportunities meet.

A place where you can try something new, discover your interests, build confidence, meet people, share ideas and explore new possibilities.

And what better way to bring ATS Junction to life than with our much loved School Holiday Program!

These school holidays, we’ll be creating opportunities for connection, creativity, learning and plenty of fun — with activities designed to encourage new experiences, friendships, confidence and independence.

We’re so excited to share that All Together Supports has been named a finalist in the 2026 Ignite Initiative Mentorship Program! 🔥✨

For us, this opportunity is about so much more than business growth. It’s about continuing to learn, challenge ourselves, strengthen what we do and keep building something that genuinely makes a difference in our community.

ATS has grown from a big idea and a whole lot of passion into something we are incredibly proud of — and we know there is still so much more ahead of us.

We are so excited to finally introduce ATS Junction.

A place where people, ideas and opportunities meet.

For a little while now, we’ve been thinking about how we can create more opportunities for the people we support to connect, learn, try new things and be involved in things that are meaningful to them.
And from that thinking, ATS Junction was born.
ATS Junction is a dedicated hub space for connection, learning and participation, bringing together children, young people and adults of all ages.

But we see it as something a little different.
ATS Junction will be a place where something happens.

A place where you might discover a new interest, learn a new skill, make something, meet someone new, build confidence, try something you’ve never tried before or find something you didn’t even know you enjoyed.
We’ll be running small groups, programs and different opportunities from the space, with a real focus on purposeful activities, learning and participation.
And because it’s a dedicated space, we can be much more flexible in how we use it. Different environments, different groups, different activities and somewhere to step away, reset or have some quieter time when that’s what you need.
We’re not quite ready to show you everything yet… but we are very excited about what ATS Junction can become.
Our next School Holiday Program will be the first program to use the space, with more small-group programs and opportunities to follow.
We’ll also be sharing some dates very soon for our community to come and have a look around for themselves during September.
Because for us, ATS Junction isn’t really about the building.
It’s about what can happen when people, ideas and opportunities come together.
Welcome to ATS Junction.
