Found a yummy burger in Byron... gluten free of course 🤤
After a couple of epic walks in the hinterland we were absolutely starving by the time it got to dinner... this was just what we needed!!
This monster had a huge tasty mushroom, beetroot, caramelised onions, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and truffle mayo!!! Totally yum! And I was totally stuffed 🐷

Corn fritters are one of my fave alternatives to gluten free bread for a good, filling brunch and these did not disappoint

They are super popular and always so busy so make sure you book!!
I’ll be doing a full post of all the places we have eaten during our time here... the coeliac friendly and the places I’d definitely recommend 💫

🥖 Freshly baked bread. The simplest of recipes which has turned out to make a soft fluffy delicious loaf... so tasty with butter straight out the oven or lightly toasted. But... this bread even tastes good untoasted 😮 and any coeliac knows this is so hard to find!!
I enjoyed mine with some hot soup on this chilly day 🍵

Mojito cake 🍈🍹🌱
One of ‘s great recipes. This was super tasty and super easy to make - this version was unfortunately not gluten free as I made it for a friends 30th and I was the only coeliac.... HOWEVER. I am DEFINITELY going to make this with flour and I reckon it will taste just as good if not better.
