I don’t often switch things up. I keep my meals simple so I can create consistency with my meals..
If it takes to much time & effort I tend to fall off the wagon..

This protein cream of rice is super simple & delicious 🤤

If you don’t have rice flour mil it up in your Thermomix or blender

50g rice flour (the original recipe) called for 100g
20g Isapro Vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
1 teaspoon of biscoff spread
1/4 C frozen blueberries 🫐

I initially mixed 100g of rice flour with 3:1 water & cooked in a saucepan until nice and creamy

While that is cooking make your protein drip (where has this been all my life… SO SO YUMMY)
20g of protein powder slowly adding water to make a nice thick consistency..

Once the rice is cooked add your psyllium husk, blueberries, biscoff & drizzle with your protein drip..

Mix as eat for taste of everything 👌🏼 sooooo delicious.. using the rice flour although has slightly higher carbs it does digest better

Make it into toasted wrap by double all the ingredients (I would keep the cottage cheese the same) as it might get a little soggy..

This is so delicious, super filling without the heaviness..
