Kick off your Sunday morning at the Bay with a choice of guided sweat classes, or a 60-minute session combining mat Pilates and breathwork.

Between sessions, take full advantage of the recovery zone, including ice baths, sauna, compression & physio check-ups. Expect live music, food, refreshments and high energy vibes.
