🌟 The Toowoomba Community Disability Expo 2026 is almost here!

While we won’t have a stall, our team will be there connecting with the community, networking with providers, and supporting this fantastic event.

This free expo is a great opportunity for people living with disability, their families, guardians, support workers, and providers to discover local services, supports, and resources to assist with their NDIS journey. From assistive technology to support services, there’ll be plenty to explore on the day.

Sometimes families, carers and participants are carrying far more than anyone realises. A simple check-in, a little extra support, or knowing someone is in your corner can make a huge difference.

As we move through May, it’s a good reminder that mental wellbeing matters for everyone: participants, carers, families and support workers alike.

With all the media attention around the upcoming changes to the NDIS, it’s clear the system needs improvement, but any reform must keep the safety, dignity, and voices of people with disability at the centre. 💛

Better Access Support Services Support Coordination - Toowoomba and Embrace Your Unique Support Services are coming together to host a FREE community event in Drayton to stand up for our community and make sure people with disability are heard.

The event will include:
🌭 Free sausage sizzle
🕺 Performance by D Dance Academy
🎤 Speeches from local advocates
✍️ Petition signing

This is an accessible event and everyone is welcome. Come along, connect with the community, and help protect the future of the NDIS.

We have all heard the media announcements around upcoming NDIS cuts. The proposed changes will impact everyone, not just those on and working under the scheme.

We have teamed up with Embrace Your Unique Support Services to host a community event on Saturday. Come and join us for a free sausage sizzle, hear from real people and sign the petition.
