Raw Snickers Slice 🍫✨
(naked chocolate style goodness… aka the “just one more piece” situation)

small tin vibes (approx. 20 × 20 cm)

This one feels like a treat but lives in that nourishing, real-ingredients space… sweet, rich, a little indulgent, and absolutely not here to behave 😌🤍

---

Base layer
🌴 1½ cups Medjool dates (about 12–14), packed
🌰 1 cup almond meal
🍫 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
🥥 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method
Blend dates into a sticky, caramel-like paste. Add almond meal, cacao and coconut oil, then process until it all comes together into a rich, chocolatey dough.

Press firmly into a lined tin (this part matters… give it a good press so it holds beautifully). Pop into the fridge while you make the next layer.

---

Caramel peanut layer
🌴 1 cup Medjool dates (about 8–10), packed
🥜 ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
🥥 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
🧂 ¼ tsp sea salt
🥜 ¼ cup crushed peanuts (optional but very fun)

Method
Blend dates, nut butter, coconut oil and salt until smooth and glossy like caramel magic. Stir through peanuts if you’re using them.

Spread over the base and smooth it out evenly, then back into the fridge to set slightly.

---

Chocolate topping
🥥 ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
🍫 ¼ cup raw cacao powder
🍯 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

Method
Whisk everything together until silky, glossy and irresistible.

Pour over the caramel layer and gently spread to the edges like you mean it.

Chill until fully set and firm.

---

To serve
Cut into small squares… because this is rich, dreamy, and a little goes a long way (even though your brain will try and negotiate otherwise 😄)

Keep in the fridge or freezer and enjoy that cold, fudgy bite whenever the moment calls for it 🤍

❄️ Winter Wellness Musts

Supplements have to earn their place in our home, and these are the ones that have stood the test of time.

✨ Astra 8 Immune Tonic
Jed takes this daily. Before starting, he seemed to battle a persistent winter cough every year. This is now his third winter taking it, and that cough hasn’t returned.

✨ MetaCalm (or MetaRelax)
A daily staple for both Jed and me. Better sleep, calmer nervous systems, and healthier-looking skin. It’s also been one piece of the puzzle that has helped support Jed’s tics.

✨ L-Theanine
A newer addition to our routine. We love it for supporting stress resilience, focus, and helping quiet some of the mental chatter that can come with busy seasons.

✨ Myo Inositol
Jed takes this each morning as part of his gut health routine, and I take it before meals to support metabolic health. It’s become a simple but valuable part of our day.

✨ Vitamin C Powder
A simple winter staple for immune support and healthy skin.

✨ Juice Plus Capsules
11 years and counting. These earned their place on our shelf long ago. Last winter Livvy started taking them before winter and stayed well all season. Now we take them most days (when Mum remembers to hand them out 😂).

Winter wellness isn’t just about supplements though.

We’re also prioritising:
🥣 Protein-rich soups and nourishing meals
🧄 Extra garlic and ginger in our cooking
☀️ Morning sunshine
🚶‍♀️ Daily movement
😴 Earlier nights
💧 Plenty of water

Small things. Done consistently. All winter long.

Lately I’ve been feeling a pull toward something softer.

Less pushing.
Less pressure.
Less “holding it all together” energy.

More understanding how women actually feel in seasons of stress, hormonal shifts, burnout and overwhelm 🌙

So quietly behind the scenes… I’ve been creating something new.

A space centred around nervous system support, hormones, emotional wellbeing and simpler ways to support the body without extremes.

It’s intentionally a little different to my usual work.
A little calmer.
A little more spacious.
And honestly… very reflective of the season I’m personally moving through too ✨

This image says it perfectly:
your next chapter is calling.

And maybe it doesn’t need more force to get there.
Maybe it needs more support 🌿

If your nervous system has been screaming for care lately… this is for you 🤍

Slow-Cooked Beef & Vegetable Stew 🥕✨
(serves 4, often with leftovers… the best kind of bonus)

This is that big pot of goodness that feels like home… the one you make once and somehow it feeds you in the most beautiful, practical way for days 🤍

🥩 1 kg diced beef (gravy or chuck)
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧅 1 large onion, diced
🧄 3 cloves garlic, crushed
🥕 3 carrots, chopped
🌿 2 celery stalks, sliced
🥔 500 g potatoes or sweet potato, chopped
🍲 1 litre bone broth or good-quality stock
🌱 1–2 tsp dried herbs (bay leaf, thyme, whatever you love)
🧂 salt + pepper, to taste

Method
Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the beef in batches so it gets that rich, deep flavour going.

Add onion and garlic and let them soften into everything, building that slow-cooked base that already smells like comfort.

Toss in carrots, celery and potatoes and stir it all through like you’re layering something really good for future-you.

Pour in the broth, add herbs, salt and pepper, then bring it to a gentle simmer.

Now comes the magic part… let it cook low and slow until the beef is tender and everything has melted together into a thick, nourishing stew that feels like a hug in a bowl 🥣✨

Taste at the end and adjust seasoning so it lands just right for you.

Perimenopause isn’t the problem. Doing it unsupported is.

The shifts are real.
The changes are real.

But the overwhelm, confusion, and exhaustion many women feel?

That’s often not just hormones.

It’s doing this season without a framework that understands it.

There is a way to feel more steady here.
More informed.
More held.

And it changes everything.

Has anyone purchased Needoh's from this site for their kids?

Life in Australia moves fast, from the bustling streets of Sydney to the quiet sun-drenched corners of Perth. Sometimes, your hands just need something to do while your brain recalibrates. That is where NeeDoh enters the frame. These are not your average, run-of-the-mill stress balls that lose their...

Some seasons aren’t asking you to do more…
they’re asking you to come back to what truly lights you up ✨

Make space for the people, habits, movement, rest and moments that make you feel most like YOU.
The rest can wait 🤍

Less noise.
More soul.
More alignment.
More joy.

What’s one thing you want to make more space for lately? 💭
