My day today was spent in a peaceful little studio working with families in healing. Helping families in creating more understanding, more harmony and more love in their homes.

I am forever in awe of the way this work touches people and helps them to connect deeper to themselves.

I love working with parents and with children and watching them come together in love over their challenges.

I feel incredibly grateful to have learned the healing work I have studied at Sphinx Spiritual and feel so privileged to share this with others.

This is healing with heart and I am beyond proud to be a part of it.

Andropause is a part of the bodies natural aging process that affects men much like menopause affects women.

Andropause is much less discussed and understood than menopause which can cause many problems within family and relationships.

As a man moves through each stage of andropause new changes occur and need to be understood and worked through.

Spiritual Counselling can provide a framework of understanding each stage, an opportunity for expression free from judgement, can provide a support for meeting relationship challenges that arise and can offer a new way forward.

Spiritual Counselling for Andropause may support men from 40 onwards wanting to understand and learn more of their journey or may support women in relationships wanting to know how to support their partner through these changes.
