I need your help with something a little different…
As part of the next stage of some national business awards I’m a finalist in, I have a few video submissions to record about Pynmanto, how I work, and the impact this little business has on our community.
And I realised something.
I can tell the judges what I think makes my work different — but the people who experience it, work alongside me, refer people to me, or have watched Pynmanto grow might see things that I don't.
So I'd love to hear from you.
If you've had any connection with Pynmanto or me — as a client, parent/carer, support worker, professional, organisation, participant, collaborator, or simply someone who has followed what we do — I'd love to know:
What do you think makes the way I work different?
What do you think makes people feel safe enough to trust me and work with me?
What difference do you think Pynmanto makes beyond simply providing a service?
And what impact, if any, do you think this work has in our local community?
You definitely don't need to answer them all. Even one thought, a sentence, or something you've noticed would help enormously.
Sometimes when you're right in the middle of doing the work, you're probably the last person who can see its impact clearly.
