🌿 **Healing begins when you stop fighting your body and start listening to it.**
For so long, many of us have been taught to ignore the signs.
Push through the exhaustion.
Dismiss the bloating.
Normalize the anxiety.
Accept feeling "off" as part of everyday life.
But your body is always communicating.
Every symptom, sensation, and signal is information.
Not because your body is working against you—
but because it's trying to get your attention.
✨ The fatigue may be asking for rest.
✨ The digestive issues may be asking for support.
✨ The overwhelm may be asking you to slow down.
✨ The anxiety may be asking for safety and regulation.
The more we resist these messages, the louder they often become.
True healing doesn't begin when we force the body to perform.
It begins when we become curious.
When we ask:
💛 What does my body need right now?
💛 What am I being shown?
💛 How can I support myself more gently?
Because healing isn't a battle.
It's a relationship.
A relationship built on trust, awareness, nourishment, and compassion.
Your body is not the problem.
Your body is the messenger.
