Congratulations doctors!!
You're done with the study, done with the formalities and now it's time to celebrate in style.
Everything is arranged for tonight, the venue already looks fantastic and our decorators are now putting on the final touches. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
So much hard work has gone into organising it by a fantastic group, often working behind the scenes with not a lot of recognition. Please take a moment to thank them tonight, because without them, the ball, and the entire week would not have been possible.
Special mention goes to a few committee members who have gone above and beyond to make sure the details have been perfect for you.
Max Ryder - sponsorship officer extraordinaire and jack of most other trades too, he has been a fantastic right hand man in organising this week.
Margot Doherty and Rachael Lay make up the rest of our sponsorship trio. Together, they have significantly increased our sponsorship and allowed us to put some extra icing on the cake.
Shannan Searle, treasurer - she has kept our accounts in check and processed all your payments.
Jillian Archard has led our decorations and AV team and made sure everything looks and sounds great.
Kari Ludvigsen is responsible for the beauty of our publications and promotions, she designed the grad book and made sure details were covered in our other printed media.
Safiyyah Abbas has been our lovely secretary and made sure all the paperwork was in order.
Big thank yous also go out to the rest of the committee, who have undertaken numerous other tasks throughout the year and this week to make these events possible.
