Very excited to share that the Healthy Little Eaters first book is almost ready 😁

These books will come in a series teaching children all about the superpowers of fruits and veggies and how they keep their body strong 💪🏻

As a mum of two boys, I am beginning to see first hand the positive effects of instilling the value of healthy eating in them from a young age and I’m so happy to see these habits shining through as they approach their teenage years ⭐️

My almost 12 year old was asked at school what a pancreas did and he knew the answer, super proud mum moment ❤️

Are you looking for a simple and tasty way to get your kids more interested and excited about vegetables?

Cooking with your children can be a fun and rewarding experience, and can help promote healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.

Here's a simple and delicious recipe that you can make with your kids:

Roasted Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:

Assorted vegetables (such as capsicums, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and cherry tomatoes)
Skewers
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C.
Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Kids love food chopped up very small 😊
Thread the vegetables onto the skewers.
Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet and roast in the oven (or bbq) for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
