FREE NEW MOON MEDITATION CEREMONY 🌑

As the school holidays come to an end, a refreshing new lunar cycle begins!!

With the New Moon entering Aquarius, I am feeling called to sit in Nature close to water and connect with this beautiful water-bearing Air sign and hold space for whomever would like to join me 🙏🏽

This will be a powerful time to shift old thought patterns, set radical intentions, and plant the seeds for future growth.

As we draw near the last month of the year, we will be holding a very special Welcome Summer Yin Yoga + Sound Immersion as we have been blessed with the coincidence of the New Moon!

Being the beginning of the moon cycle, New Moon energy is a potent time for opening the gates of manifestation. Coupled with the magic of Summer, which is all about growth, joy and abundance - let's get together and submerge into the Self once more, allowing the guidance of love and light to shine through as we stretch and relax our bodies in a beautiful Yin Flow, helping to release and clear any stagnant energy in the body and mind.
