🌱 Disability Support Worker / Crew Leader (Casual) - Traralgon 🌱
Looking for a role that combines community support work with hands-on leadership?

C2A is seeking experienced and motivated Disability Support Workers / Crew Leaders to join our team in Traralgon on a casual basis.

This unique role combines:
• Community-based disability support
• Supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
• Leading small crews of supported employees in retail and/or delivering on gardening/car washing contracts
Delivering customer contracts across gardening and car washing services
• Creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability

We're looking for people who:
✔ Have 2+ years' disability support experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
✔ Are confident leading and mentoring others
✔ Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
✔ Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Have a current driver's licence and reliable transport
✔ Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
✔ Are happy to work across both community and supported employment programs
✔ Gardening / retail experience will be highly regarded

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to lead and support our Programs in Traralgon. This role is ideal for a confident team leader within the Disability sector who is passionate about guiding, mentoring and upskilling staff.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting disability support workers to understand and implement behaviour support plans, contribute to program development and drive positive outcomes aligned with participants goals

In this role you will provide hands on leadership, coach and development team capacity, and work directly alongside people with disability to build independence, confidence and meaningful outcomes.

Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills are desired, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with participants, families, carers, and Allied Health professionals.
