EOFY is just around the corner 💙

As 30 June approaches, we're asking our community to support Health on the Streets and help us continue reaching people who need it most.

Every week, our team provides healthcare, practical support and connection to people experiencing homelessness, hardship and social isolation. We meet people where they are, offering care, dignity and a pathway to further support.

With demand continuing across our communities, every donation helps us keep showing up and responding to those in need.

100% of donations go directly to supporting vulnerable people in our community.

Fresh from the oven! 🧁🍎

Our NDIS Social Activities group recently got busy in the kitchen baking delicious apple and cinnamon muffins. From measuring and mixing and of course, taste-testing, everyone had a fantastic time!

There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked muffins bringing people together! 🍎✨
