This week I ignored the catalogue meal ideas and built a better, cheaper dinner instead.
Using chicken drumsticks, white miso, vegetables and a few simple ingredients, I made a homemade chicken miso ramen that delivered more nutrition, more flavour and more value than many of the heavily promoted catalogue offers.
