Our group had a brilliant day visiting Bennetts Steel, where we were given a guided tour of their workshop. Participants watched steel being cut with precision using a computer‑controlled laser — a fascinating look at how modern steelwork is done.

A heartfelt thank you to Bennetts Steel for taking the time to show us around and for being so welcoming. What a great experience for our adventurers! 💛🔩

🌻 Humpday Adventurers in Full Bloom! 🌞

This week our crew wandered through the gorgeous fields at Mountain View Sunflowers, and what an absolute treat it was. Golden rows, big smiles, and plenty of moments that reminded us how good it feels to slow down and soak in the beauty around us.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Mountain View Sunflowers for welcoming us so warmly and giving our group the chance to explore, learn, and enjoy your stunning space. We’re grateful for the opportunity and the memories made.

Last week our Humpday Adventurers went to check out this incredible giant for themselves. Standing beneath it was such a “wow” moment for everyone.

There’s something pretty special about being surrounded by nature, good company, and a whole lot of fresh air.

🌿🦁 Ready, Set, Grow! are getting Lion King–ready! 🦁🌿

Our crew spent the day at the Sustainability Centre turning recycled treasures from the Tip Shop into seriously impressive creations. Using repurposed fabrics and materials, they made their very own scrunchies, bags, and bandanas to wear at the upcoming Lion King event.

The creativity, teamwork, and eco‑friendly spirit were on full display — and the results are absolutely roar‑worthy. ♻️✨

We can’t wait to see everyone proudly wearing their handmade pieces on the big day!

🌟 Lucy’s Thermomix Recommendation – April 🌟

This month, Lucy has been busy in the kitchen again, and her top pick for April is the Feijoa Crumble Slice! 🍐✨

She loved how easy it was to make in the Thermomix — no chopping, no mixing by hand — just pop everything in and let the Thermie do the work. The result? A sweet, crumbly slice that was a big hit.

We’re so proud of Lucy as she continues building her cooking skills and confidence each month. Stay tuned for May’s creation! 💜

As we commemorate ANZAC Day, we honour the service, strength, and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all who have served our country.
Their courage continues to inspire communities across generations.

On Friday, our Eco Art Explorers held an early celebration by designing and creating their own hand crafted poppies.
The session offered a gentle space for reflection, connection, and expressing gratitude through art.
