Monkey mind chatter is real. And relentless.

One strike of the bowl and it stops. Not forever. But long enough to breathe. Long enough to realise half the “urgent” stuff wasn’t that urgent. Half the drama wasn’t that dramatic.

That’s the reset. That’s what sound gives you: a gap between the noise and your next thought. And in that gap, you get to choose differently.

There’s something quietly powerful about watching a room full of strangers surrender to stillness together. No phones, no talking, no agenda. Just sound.

And there’s something so sacred about holding that space for others. I feel so lucky.

If you also want to fall asleep with us , join the next group session (Link in bio) and experience the kind of nap your nervous system has been begging for.

Have you ever fallen asleep during a sound bath? Or are you a “wide awake but floating” type?

This is a little reminder that what you see on a 9-grid is just a fraction of the story!
No one is perfect, we are all a work in progress - the most important thing is to learn from it and keep moving forward.

Swipe through to see my fails, weaknesses and biggest revelations and what’s the learning I got from each one.

Which nugget of info surprised you the most?
Let’s skip the small talk - drop your answer below and if you feel like it - add a question or a random, weird, unexpected fact about yourself too 👇

Show me a room full of instruments, and I will show you someone who physically cannot resist hitting, pressing, or strumming every single one of them. Just warming up the room acoustics... or at least that’s my excuse. 🎹✨

We all look for ways to slow down, regulate, and take the edge off after a long day. I just happened to fall in love with sound as one of those tools.

What started as curiosity turned into one of the simplest ways I’ve found to help my nervous system shift gears.

If you’ve ever wondered how a tiny tuning fork can actually help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more regulated… I’m teaching exactly that in my next workshop. Details in bio ✨

What if stress isn’t the enemy?

What if the real issue is that most of us were never taught how to work with it?

In this workshop, we’ll explore stress sustainability – how to recognise what your body is asking for, how to give it the right cues, and how simple tools like breath, sound, and tuning forks can help you shift out of survival mode and into a more regulated state.

This is not about eliminating stress completely.
It’s about learning how to recover better, respond differently, and support your nervous system in a way that actually feels doable in real life.

If that sounds like something your body has been asking for, all the details are in the bio / comments.
