You might be blooming right now. You might still be resting. You might still be letting things fall away. None of those is right or wrong regardless of what the date is.

Spring arriving doesn’t mean you have to blossom with it.

Just look at nature - same street, same species. One tree covered in blossoms, the one next to it completely bare. One down the road still dropping leaves. In September ;)

So stop comparing. Take your time. Do what feels right for you.

Six years ago, none of this would have made sense to me.

A few days ago, while thinking about AI and the marketing career I left behind, something suddenly clicked.

Not because the hard things became “good”. They didn’t.

But because looking backwards, I could see how one chapter had led to another in ways I could never have predicted while I was living them.

It reminded me of an old story about a farmer who refuses to decide whether each new turn in his life is good luck or bad luck.

Only about 2 in 3 people feel it - that shiver down your spine when a song hits just right. It’s called frisson. 🎵

The rest experience music in completely different ways, which kind of blew my mind. I always assumed everyone felt it in their body the same way!

Most people think a sound bath is something you hear.

It’s actually something you experience with every sense - the lighting, the oils, the weight of an eye pillow, the chocolate at the end to bring you back. It’s all set up in a way that intentionally activates all your senses so you would feel present.

But trust me, when you’re so relaxed - it just appears naturally. 💕 🎶
