Lately, almost every conversation I’ve had somehow comes back to the same thing… everyone is tired.
Not just physically tired, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually drained too.

What I’ve noticed is that everyone is still trying to push through it, outrun it or ‘fix’ it as quickly as possible. Many people are fighting these feelings instead of sitting with them. We have become harsher on ourselves than ever, and honestly our bodies are screaming out for rest without guilt, love, support and just a chance to reset.

INSTEAD of beating yourself up for feeling exhausted, show yourself kindness and compassion for continuing to show up every single day, even when it feels too hard.

Give yourself permission to meet yourself exactly where you are in life right now. Allow yourself to receive support, to rest, to slow down 🦋
