I am a trained Rebirth Breathwork Mastery Practitioner (Third stage student with The School Of Breathwork). Once a monk also, 23yrs mediation prior experience. Step Parent of over 12 yrs, 4 kids now adults over 12yrs, I have my own daughter who is now 24yrs, which I co-parented.
