💌Dear Families, Participants, and Our Community,

We’re proud to introduce Integrity Empowered Living, a family-led NDIS provider servicing the North West Coast of Tasmania.

As a husband-and-wife team, we built IEL with a simple but powerful belief:

That personalized, high-quality support isn’t a luxury; it’s what every participant deserves. Support that feels personal, not distant.

Care that treats every participant as we would care for our own family.

We also believe great outcomes come from great people, and that means supporting our workers, too. By minimizing unnecessary overheads, we reinvest directly into frontline supports: into participants, into the amazing workers who show up every day, and into building real, lasting outcomes.

We are proud to be currently undergoing our NDIS Registration Audit, as we work to deliver the highest standards of care and compliance for the families and participants we serve.

What makes Integrity Empowered Living different?

✔️ Family-led and community-focused, every step of the way.
✔️ Small caseloads on purpose for truly personalized support.
✔️ Frontline-first leadership, built by experienced workers who understand real care.
✔️ Reinvestment into our participants and workers- not into unnecessary overheads.
✔️ Paying well above award rates to attract and keep elite workers.
✔️ Consistent, high-quality support you can trust.

Thank you for trusting us with your journey.

Stay tuned... we’re just getting started.

Kind Regards,
Thomas & Nyree Reeves
Co-Founders, Integrity Empowered Living
