John has recently started training with me. He’s already been training in the gym for a while but not consistently as he gravitates towards running, swimming and hiking and he’s a local volunteer lifesaver.
He’d really like to deadlift and get stronger overall and his wife is an avid lifter herself so we’re working on strength in deadlift and bench at our sessions and he does leg work, back and accessory movements on his own at the gym.
By coming to me his consistency in the gym has increased and he’s noticing some physique changes and increases in strength too.
You can lift weights at any age. It’s never too late to start something that improves your long term life.
