There are seasons in life where something quietly ends.
Not always in a way we can name. Not always in a way the outside world recognises, but deeply felt within the body.
Over the past few weeks - between the closing of eclipse season and the soft glow of the Pink Libran Full Moon - many of us have been standing in this in-between space.
A space of release, reflection, and of subtle, yet profound endings.
Because death is not always literal. But it does reflect its mirrors upon us, and is something to be honoured.
And from a somatic and energetic lens, death is not something to fear 🥀🪽It is something the body knows how to do quite naturally.
It can feel like a pause, or a heaviness, or a slowing down, or a grieving.
But this is not stagnation. This is integration.
Because every death 🐚🌀 creates space for rebirth.
I’ve been feeling this deeply in my own life since returning home from Spain.
I’ve found myself grieving many things. Such as my old life. The version of me who existed in that life.
Even the versions of people - still around me - who are quietly transitioning into new eras of their own becoming.
As well as the dearest of people who have recently passed on into another life… It’s been tender. And it’s also been clarifying.
Because when we truly allow ourselves to feel these endings, we begin to understand that death is not separate from life. It is part of it’s rhythms.
So this morning, as we breathe in the aftermath of the Libran Full Moon, may we gently reflect on this sacred right of passage that lives within all of us: the Death, and the Rebirth cycle.
Not as something to fear or shun 🌹 But as a sacred art-form, quietly unfolding within our bodies, our relationships, and our journeys.
